[ESS] Polymode is on MELPA

Hi Vitalie,
I've been waiting for this to be available on MELPA before giving it a
try. It was worth the wait! I can't thank you enough, this is really
good stuff. Now I can stop being envious of the kids with rmarkdown
support in Rstudio, and go back to feeling superior for being an emacs
user ;-)
