[ESS] how to indent buffer

The indentation on region is C-M-\. So when you need to indent the whole
buffer, select it first (C-x h) and then indent. This is pretty handy
and works in all modes. I don't think a specialized key is warranted in
this case, and I am also not aware of such a convention in other modes.
