[ESS] Debug mode puts point in the wrong buffer

Aha... well you said it was because of the image attachment,  but .. I
know I am knitpicking ..
really it was because the total message size  (including the image)
became too large.

I have now increased the maximal size to 250 K;  this will allow to
append one or two such *.png screenshots in the future.
