[ESS] best way to clean up iESS buffer?

perhaps you are looking for ess-transcript-clean-buffer

i usually use it by first copying a section of *R* to a new myfile.Rout (remember to C-cC-q). Then clean the buffer, rename it to myfile.r and save it
