[ESS] ESS installation with cygwin xemacs

*Well, most likely, it is not ESS related.  Did you install all of
the XEmacs packages?  By the way, what made you choose XEmacs on
Windows?  I have always preferred GNU Emacs to XEmacs on that
platform since XEmacs has mainly focused on UNIX/Linux (and that
does not include Mac OS X either).
