[ESS] ESS svnversion: startup error

Hello,

I succesfully build ess from svn. But when i startup emacs, I get messages
that ess-developer is required but cannot be provided.

The file exists, but it is not included in the $(ELC) array. After I added
ess-developer.elc to that array, I had to do the same for ess-tracebug.elc.

But now everything is fine.

So I think this is missing in svn.
