Hi Vitalie:

For performance and aesthetic reasons, I have never liked web browsing 
in emacs.  If you need a new browser release every couple of months like 
Microsoft, Apple and Google are making, then you realize that web 
browsing is a moving target and expecting an emacs package to keep up 
with that is not realistic IMHO.  Those companies are paying for 
contributions and they can't keep up with new features/bugs.  What is 
the poor, filthy emacs lisper to do?  emacs is going through a slow 
transition to more modern, web-friendly technologies like fc, Unicode, 
URLs, etc., but there is no light at the end of the tunnel (except the 
oncoming train perhaps).
