[ESS] Emacs freezes upon 'Starting evaluation'

Hi Paul:

I've a pretty similar setup:  Leopard rather than Snow Leopard.
But, I have never seen anything like that.  Did you type C-c C-b
or C-c M-b?  Not sure if it matters, but if you have problems with
one, then try the other.
