Dear List,

I'm running ESS version 5.13 on
GNU Emacs 23.2.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2010-05-08 on G41R2F
Windows XP SP3 [version 5.1.2600]

I've in my .emacs the following (relevant to ess):
(setq inferior-R-program-name "D:/R/R-2.12.1/bin/i386/Rterm.exe")
(setq inferior-R-args "--quiet")
(require 'ess-site)
(require 'ess-rutils)
(require 'ess-R-object-tooltip)
(setq ess-ask-about-transfile t)
;; this is from earlier ESS versions, a fix so graph commands from ess
;; can have names in with diacritical marks
(add-hook 'ess-post-run-hook
	  (function (lambda ()
		      (set-buffer-process-coding-system 'latin-1 'latin-1))))

When I navigate in emacs via iESS->RUtils->Update packages I get in the
echo line: "Symbol's function definition is void: ess-rutils-update-pkgs"

Also, I don't know if it's related or not, but in this version the entry
iESS->RUtils->Update packages in the menu does not come accompanied with
the keyboard shortcut (which I would expect to be 'C-c C-. u'.
