It might be tricky.  But, then you could use SLIME directly since it is 
XEmacs compatible.  Does anyone know students in the Google Summer of 
Code?  http://www.google-melange.com/  It looks like mentor apps must be 
submitted by 3/11.  I have got a dissertation to write so I'm out.
