[ESS] No output in *SAS.lst* with ESS-5.3.5

Please note that I said "... I am having this problem on a ... unix
server". So, it's not a Windows machine.

BTW, Windows sucks. Even if it does not suck, I wouldn't use emacs on
Windows. It is wasting emacs' capability!!
