[ESS] ESS 5.11 released

My GNU Emacs distributions for Windows and OS X are updated to ESS 5.11. See

Please note that the Windows versions now includes the Spanish dictionary for Aspell. Also, RefTeX is now enabled by default in the Windows and OS X versions. See the NEWS files for details.

Ubuntu users: the newest ESS package is on its way to CRAN.
