I've been studying up on how that Wiki is configured. I think 2 things
need to be done.

1. We should claim a "CategoryESS" so that our topic shows in their
index of items.

2. Somebody, maybe me, should frame out that new page with some kind
of topical hierarchy, and then put in that information we have now on
subtopics.

I know about Wiki from working on TWiki and MediaWiki, but this one is
just a shade different.  I was uncertain about how to claim that thing
they call a "Category".  But I think I've got it now.  I won't destroy
anything on there, but I may frame that out and let you advise me..
