[ESS] Finding Rterm in R 2.12.0 on Windows

Dear Martin,
Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I should have said I was testing the latest
version I could find of Vincent Goulet's wonderful packaging :
emacs-23.2-modified-8.exe, with 32 bit Windows XP. I was hoping the recent
(post R-2.12.0) release of ess might address the new bin subdirectories
issue but saw no sign of such a change. Hence my attempt to fix it myself.
Has anyone else reported this problem and is there likely to be an
official fix in the near future?
