[ESS] Aquamacs and R - adding keyboard shortcuts for str() and edit()

Hi all,

The thing I miss most from Tinn-R is the ability to get the structure
of a data object using str(), or visualize it using edit() or fix()
directly from the toolbar (e.g., without typing and submitting
fix(data)).  There must be a way to add this functionality to
Aquamacs, but I can't seem to find it.  Can anyone help?  Specifically
I would like to set a key binding to submit selected text to R within
str() or edit() commands.  Please be as explicit as possible - I'm
quite new to Aquamacs and to Mac in general.
