[ESS] ess-display-help-on-object doesn't work in edit buffer

No. And in general, I may not *have* a running *R* buffer... so it
seems C-c C-v needs to be able to start one if necessary.

But if I do use C-c C-n, it makes C-c C-v work... If C-c C-n can find
the running *R* buffer, why can't C-c C-v?
