[ESS] par(ask=TRUE) seems to lock up ESS

Hi, Michael: 

      Thanks for the reply.  As you note, I can terminate the wait with 
C-g, C-c, C-c.  Then I get a message "Waiting to confirm page change..", 
but no plot. 

      My work around is to cat('Click on the plot to move to the 
next\n') BEFORE the plot commands.  However, as you note, "it would be 
better if this were unnecessary."
