[ESS] ESS 5.3.7 released

Thank you Martin.  I would just like to highlight that ESS[JAGS]
now works with JAGS v. 1.0.  Also, I have
checked in some updates to ESS[JAGS] on the trunk.  So, if you
are having trouble with 5.3.7, please try the trunk before posting.
