[ESS] Installing on HP UNIX

Open the ESS documentation found on your machine in the ESS subdirectory
   ..../ess/doc/html/ess.html

On your Unix machine, go to Section 2.1 Unix Installation item 5.
Add the line 
          (load "ESSDIR/ess-VERSION/lisp/ess-site")
     
You will need to edit the phrase
    ESSDIR/ess-VERSION
to match the path on your machine.


Our intent is that everything you need is in the documentation.
