[ESS] SAS Batch Processing

Hi Rodney

I followed your suggestion. I didn't see ^F8 active in the Keyboard & 
Mouse System preferences. Anyway I unchecked the "Turn on full keyboard 
access" box. The problem remains. ESS does not react to C-F8 or any 
C-FunctionKey.
