[ESS] C-c C-c with ESS remote via ssh

Hello!

I'm using an Emacs ssh buffer to log into a remote server, run R there,
and use that as a remote iESS process.

If you mistakenly tell R to print, for example, a vector with length
5x10e5, you can normally interrupt this operation and prevent the buffer
from being filled with garbage by hitting C-c C-c. If you do this in the
ssh buffer, however, this interrupts the ssh process and thus
disconnects from the remote server. This is especially annoying if you
are trying to debug an R script which takes a long time to run and the
line you're debugging is towards the bottom.

Any ideas?

Toby
