I think you are mixing syntax and that is the problem

hard disks and mapped hard disks have syntax
   c:\abcd\efgh

shared disks have syntax
   \\OFFICEcomputer\shareddirectory\project.one

Your example mixes the ":" with the share and it doesn't work.
   \\OFFICEcomputer:\shareddirectory\project.one
