delayed response on terminal

In (the ESS manual) http://stat.ethz.ch/ESS/Manual/ess_2.html#SEC7, look at
the last step of the Installation for Windows:

For R, do the same, using 
M-x R

and then M-x ess-create-object-name-db creating `ess-r-namedb.el'; if it
isn't in the ESS directory, move it there). 
That's it! 
==============================

That should speed up the completion quite a bit.
