R 1.3.0 and XEmacs -- printing/saving from GUI window?

This is under Microsoft Windows:

I've seen one report of using menu-commands on the Graphics window
taking inordinate amounts of time under NTEmacs to print with R 1.3.0
(Sam's recent post).  Can anyone verify the same problem with XEmacs?

As far as I'm concerned, this is either a bug with R or NTEmacs.  

Also, does anyone know if the same problem was true with R 1.2.3?  If
it wasn't, then it's a bug with R breaking something in the upgrade.
