ESS, Splus6.0 and help

Sorry for being terse (webmail is yech), but ESS-5.1.___19___ will have 
some code for S+6, and I think that 5.1.___18___ has broken code for S+6.

Memo to ESS core: we need to release ASAP, and I'm in Atlanta until the end of the weekend (and blindglobe is down for the week)...
