Could it be speedbar?  That appears to be common to your (NB: omitted extra

Could you or Anant please try what happens when you remove certain packages?

We could then go to upstream and have them take a closer look.  Right now the
problem is still darn underspecified (ie success for many people, failure for
two; changeset unclear)
