[ESS-bugs] C-u C-u C-y is eating the "+" character

I am a bit out of date, but this is a newer behavior than a long time ago.

Now paste it into the myfile.r buffer with C-u C-u C-y and this is what appears
3 4

Not only the continuation prompt "+" was removed, but so was the "+" that
is a critical part of the statement.
