[ESS-bugs] not again.. M-n s not working in a newly open *.Rnw

I'm quite busy with teaching duties these days,
so this is very terse:

Just now I see that this same bug has resurfaced *again*.
I'm sure I've noted it at least twice  to ESS-bugs / ESS-core,
and I'm relatively sure it had been fixed once already...
so this is a bit frustrating for me:

 emacs foo.Rnw
 M-n s   

gives (afterwards, from  *Messages*):
