ESS-bugs at ... is fine, thank you.

Alternatively, the public list
ESS-help at ..  may be used, so everybody sees the problem and/or
can help you to work around the problem.

Also: Please use a sensible 'Subject' line;
in this case, it would really have helped if it was something
like
  " font locking problem (TRUE/FALSE) in ESS 12.09 "
