Hi,

I'm working with the latest ESS from the github repository and have
encountered the following bug:

- While working in a remote session via ess-remote, r dialect
- eval-region (C-c C-r) and eval-buffer (C-c C-b) don't actually send the buffer; they
appear to hang after sending only the first line
- C-g regains control of the remote session
- C-c C-n works as expected
- C-c C-r and C-c C-b work as expected in local sessions

My R: 2.15.1 running on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (remote) and 2.14.1 (local)
My emacs: Emacs 24.1 build, via emacsforosx
My ess: cloned from the github repo on 25 Sept 2012; master branch,
commit 248d0fdd1e78b7caf5b26773a949e153a1b69396

I'm happy to provide more information as necessary.

Mark
