[ESS-bugs] ess-mode 12.04-4 [<unknown>]; C-c C-v does not bring up help

Hi Richard, 

I cannot see any occurrence of ess-get-S-help-topics in our code. That
means that or the problem has been solved or you are using this function
in your custom code, and it probably should be
ess-get-S-help-topics-function.
