[ESS-bugs] ess-next-code-line sometimes failing in 'R Help Preview'

I alluded to this several days ago,

then I committed this on Saturday,

does not work in 'R Help Preview' even though it works in 'R Help'

but forgot to send the e-mail alerting you to it.

The problem is described in "% .." comments inside the *.Rd file.
Basically,
  the  (ess-next-code-line)  function is confused because of comments
at the end of one of the example lines.

Interestingly, this bug does *NOT* show in *.Rd mode proper, just in
Rd preview mode.
Note that this bug is new insofar, as this works fine in old ESS 5.14.
