[ESS-bugs] M-C-a (beginning of function or para) does not always work

The checkMatrix() function {in attachment} is indeed a large
function.... however one that I actively use and maintain,
as a "check tool" for the Matrix package.

BUT whereas M-C-e does nicely jump to the end of the function
M-C-a only goes backward by paragraph (and there are quite a few such
paragraphs inside the function body...)

OTOH, I've just checked that this behavior is not at all new;
the same thing (beginning of function is not found) already happens with
ESS 5.14  and 12-03....
...
and indeed, I remember that I've seen similar problems in the past,
and when tried to fix them did not succeed (in a limited amount of
time).
I think this is also something which should go to a "bug report list"
(well, I've sent this to ESS-bugs..)
 but need not be addressed before release.

Martin
