[ESS-bugs] ess-mode 12.03; C-c C-v cannot see functions

when point is inside "graph.edgelist", echo area shows its arglist
(i.e., R knows the function)
but when I hit C-c C-v, I have to type "graph.edgelist" myself because
it is never offered for completion.
graph.edgelist is in package igraph.
