[ESS-bugs] ess-mode 5.15; ess-submit-bug-report is too intrusive

M-x ess-submit-bug-report RET inserts many pages of information (lines
starting with "(foo NUM)") which contain my buffer names:

(R): inferior-ess-language-start=options(STERM='iESS', editor='emacsclient')
resetting completion to 'ess-R-complete-object-name  ... request-a-process: buf=XXXXX.R
ess-request-a-process: {beginning}
 ... request-a-process:
  major mode is ess-mode; ess-language: S, ess-dialect: R
 ..start-process-specific: lang:dialect= S:R, current-buf=XXXXX.R

which users might not wish to make public.

also, a cursory examination shows that much of that information is
duplicated.

It also leaves the point between these data and the following relevant
information:

1. I think it is a good idea to be more selective wrt the information
you gather, it will make people more willing to submit it.

2. The point should be left in close proximity to the
"--text follows this line--" line
