[ESS-bugs] ess-mode 5.15; ESS"devel": No function arguments with [TAB] or Eldoc display

Hi Vitalie,
your documentation looks really good and promising,
and your changes in some sense, too.
However, now I see no function argument hints anymore
in ess-mode, even though I can see ess-use-eldoc is 't'.
However, I can see function arguments nicely in *R* (i.e. inferior mode)
 {... but I could argue that this even "bad" for those of us who teach their
  students to work with *.R scripts almost all the time ...}

BTW: The following  (M-x ess-submit-bug-report) should probably also 
list all the new  ess-use-* entries.
