[ESS-bugs] ESS info does not work for me

If I go through the help tab and selcect 'more manuals->all other 
Manuals (info)' and then click on link that says ESS I get following error:

Can't find ess.info-1 or any compressed version of it.

Looking at my hard drive there is an ess.info file but no info-1 file.

Using Vincent goulet emacs and ess on windows XP
gnuemacs 23.1.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
