I still use emacs 20.3 on Windows.  I have it on my lab machines, so I won't

I have a feature need that might make me motivated to upgrade my emacs

(rather than just do it).  I have started using Unicode in my .txt files so

Get greek letters and hats and overbars and still have an editor I am
comfortable
With.  Many Unicode letters in the MS Word Symbol collection do not display
in
Some Emacs 20.3 systems.  Will they display in a a newer emacs?  What do I
need to do?
