[ESS-bugs] ess-mode 5.3.2; Insert Skeleton in Rd files

First, this is not a bug but more a remark. When building packages,
one must have warnings when readLines find an incomplete final line in
Rd files. However, when writing such files using the ``Insert
Skeleton'' command of ESS, it produces an incomplete final line...

I think it would be more appropriate to fix it in the ``Insert
Skeleton'' command just by adding an empty line at the end of the file
(automatically).
