[ESS-bugs] gnuclientw error

I still don't have a suggested fix for my error. Can you tell me what
the remote client names for XEmacs is? Would changing to this fix it? Or
is there something more fundamentally wrong?

Incidentally I have a second, similar, problem, in that when I try to
invoke the Splus GUI from Xemacs, a get an error that it can't find the
command "sh".

Thanks for any help, as always,
Deborah
