[ESS-bugs] ESS PATCH: prompt for inferior-<mode>-progrem-name

Hi Tony,

I got annoyed in trying to work with a non-default version of R so I added
code to optionally prompt for inferior-<mode>-progrem-name.  It works just
like the current prompt for the data directory.

A patch verses 5.1.21 is attached.
