Dear Dr. Tenenbaum,

Yes, it works perfectly now.
(to those who would like to work on BioC AMI, the c3.8xlarge is one of the instances options now)
Thank you very much for your help.
I really appreciate it.

With kind regards,
Rohmatul

Dear Dr. Tenenbaum,

Now I can log in and apparently I should report that c3.8xlarge is still not working yet.
The message is as follows:
Error
Template validation error: Parameter InstanceType failed to satisfy constraint: Choose a valid EC2 instance type from http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/

May be I should wait for a while and try again later.

Thank you very much for your help.

With kind regards,
Rohmatul F

Dear Dr. Tenenbaum,

ok. c3.8xlarge is fine.
I will let you know how it works later because currently I could not log in into my AWS account.

Again, thank you very much.

With kind regards,
Rohmatul F

You can start the AMI as c3.8xlarge but not r3.8xlarge, because the AMI uses PV virtualization and HVM virtualization is required for r3.8xlarge.
