Hi All,

In Illumina microarray, there are a few probes for one gene and each probe
may represent the corresponding RNA isoform or a few probes may represent
only one RNA species.

Now I want to integrate several values (or intensities) from those probes
for one gene into one value to do further analysis. I do not think simply
averaging values is good idea.

Is there anyone who has experience in this field?
