Hi zhang jie,

It's best to repost to the bioconductor list 
instead of contacting a poster directly.  The 
post you reference is very old, and was only 
specific to that version of R/BioC. Properly and 
easily installing Rgraphviz has been an on-going 
problem, and many attempts have been made to 
simplify the process, although there still may be 
some problems. The latest post with installation instructions I could find was:

If you wait just a couple weeks, both R and BioC 
will have updated versions which you should use. 
I'm sure there will then be another round of "how 
do I install Rgraphviz?!?" on the mailing list then.
