Dear list,

could anybody with more experiencing in the analysis of Affymetrix exon
arrays comment on the need of technical replicates. We would be analyzing
around 100 samples from breast cancer patients in search for putative
biomarkers and would like to design a robust experiment.

Any comments based on previous analysis experience will be greatly
appreciated!
