This is a general comment and made without any idea of the questions that
you want to answer but, in general, technical replicates are not likely to
add a lot to your study as technical variation is generally pretty low if
the arrays are done under the same conditions (is this going to be true?).
However, biological replicates (more samples in your case) will probably be
helpful.
