Dear Bioconductorians,

 

I am trying to find a suitable package to implement gene shaving. the gene clust package looks very confusing. Is there any package that can be downloaded and installed like any other bioconductor package to implement gene shaving?or can anybody help me with the instalation and maual/tutorial of a workable r version of gene clust. i know there is an S plus version. but i would like to have an r version.
