Should be fixed as of rtracklayer 1.5.6 (and 1.4.1 in release). Actually, it
was due to a bug, where the page would crash if User-Agent wasn't supplied
in the header. This is soon to be fixed upstream, but I went ahead and
changed rtracklayer to pass its name as the User Agent. So everything should
work now.
