Dear All,

I would like to analyze a time-series microarray data generated with Yeast 2.0 chip.

There are 30 time-points with no replication.

Is there any package I could you to:

- identify genes with significant expression changes through the 30 points

- cluster the significant genes and visualize the average expression profile in each cluster

??????
