There is no plan to have bioconductor-specific platforms in GEO.  If you do
not want to create a new platform, then you have no choice but to use the
ones that are already in GEO; I doubt that any use nuID.  That said, I do
not think that uploading to GEO using nuID is a bad idea, as nuID has a lot
of nice characteristics.
